Terms and Conditions and Return Policy

Welcome to CaptainPilot Training Solutions (“CaptainPilot,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (captainpilot.com),
the CaptainPilot mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

CaptainPilot provides Aviation English training modules, proficiency tests, and community features for pilots and air traffic controllers.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register or purchase paid plans.

  • You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.

2. Accounts and Membership

To access training programs, you must create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Membership plans and private sessions are personal and non-transferable.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments related to CaptainPilot programs are securely processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, according to their billing terms and refund policies.
The CaptainPilot mobile app does not process or store any payment information directly.

Subscription plans (Gold, Platinum, or others) renew automatically according to the selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through your App Store or Google Play account.

4. Return Policy

At CaptainPilot, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest-quality educational materials.
By purchasing our programs or videos, you agree that refunds will only be issued under valid and documented circumstances.

4.1 Refund Period

You may request a full refund within 12 hours of the purchase date and time.

To request a refund:

  1. Complete the refund form available at this link within the 12-hour window.

  2. Send your refund request to support@captainpilot.com.

All sales are considered final after 12 hours, and no refunds or adjustments will be made beyond this period.

4.2 Valid Reasons for Refund

Refunds are approved only under valid and documented circumstances.
To be eligible for a refund, one or more of the following conditions must apply:

  • The purchased content or course materials were inaccessible due to verified technical issues (such as server error, access failure, or system malfunction).

  • The access issue must be reported within 12 hours of the purchase and verified by CaptainPilot’s technical support team.

  • Supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, error messages, or transaction receipts) must be provided.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or voluntary cancellation after access is granted.

  • Partial use or completion of course materials.

  • Inability to complete training for personal or scheduling reasons unrelated to technical faults.

4.3 Review and Approval

Refund requests will be reviewed by CaptainPilot.
If approved, access to the purchased material will be revoked.
You will be notified via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

4.4 Processing Time

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible but may take up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

4.5 Customer Satisfaction

If you experience any dissatisfaction after the refund period has ended, you may still contact our support team.
However, no refunds or adjustments will be made after the refund window has expired.

⚠️ App Store / Google Play Purchases:
If you purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are subject to their respective store policies and must be requested directly through those platforms.

Note:
For all purchases made through the CaptainPilot website, this Return Policy applies.
For in-app purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, the respective platform refund policies apply.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, modules, tests, and content within the Services are the property of CaptainPilot or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell any part of the content without prior written consent.

6. User-Submitted Content

If users upload or submit any content (e.g., comments, photos, videos, or files) through the platform, they are solely responsible for that content.
By submitting, you confirm that you own or have the right to share such content.

CaptainPilot reserves the right to remove content that violates copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or these Terms.

7. Termination

CaptainPilot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CaptainPilot, its affiliates, employees, and directors from any claims or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Services,

  • Your violation of these Terms, or

  • Third-party claims related to your actions on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaptainPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation.

All content and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
ICAO level feedback provided within the app is for educational purposes only and does not represent official certification results.

10. Modifications to These Terms

CaptainPilot may modify or update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
In case of disputes, the Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

CaptainPilot handles all personal data in accordance with its official Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this policy.
