2. Subject of the Contract
This Distance Sales Contract regulates the mutual rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of digital training programs, memberships, and related services provided by CaptainPilot through the website www.captainpilot.com.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1 The Consumer confirms that they have reviewed and approved all preliminary information regarding the service, pricing, and right of withdrawal before completing the purchase.
3.2 All payments are securely processed through authorized online payment systems (e.g., İyzico). CaptainPilot does not store credit card or payment details.
3.3 The Consumer agrees not to use the website for unlawful purposes or in any way that may infringe intellectual property rights or disrupt public order.
3.4 CaptainPilot reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate any digital service in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Delivery of Services
All educational content, digital access rights, and online training services are delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days unless the digital service has already started with their explicit consent.
If the digital content or online training has begun, the right of withdrawal cannot be used in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
6. CaptainPilot Mobile App Policy (Store Compliance Section)
The CaptainPilot mobile app does not process any payments or financial transactions.
All purchases, enrollments, and payments are securely handled through the official website at www.captainpilot.com.
The mobile app functions solely as an informational and progress-tracking companion platform.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Contract shall be resolved by the Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices, Turkey.
8. Enforcement
This Contract is electronically accepted at the time of the online purchase and enters into effect on that date.
